Taco Time

How appropriate that I managed to schedule this for a Tuesday. Anyways, I love and just can’t get enough of tacos! Enjoy!

Snekky

This is a rough sketch, mostly because I screwed up on inking the heart (I won’t point out where). Also my cobra’s face is a tad too long for my liking. I’m still trying to figure out this one. I’ll get there.

Also Happy New Year!

Experiments

IMG_20160720_185432

This imo looks terrible. But, it was just a super quick experiment which is why the text is wonky and the planchette isn’t even. I’m still trying to learn how to use the P.H. Martin’s Bombay inks properly. I love their vibrancy, but I have to work crazy fast to get nice blending. I am fond of the background sploosh. The linework is really shaky because I had too much sugar today.

Flashback Saturday – Tattoo Design

I meant to post this last night but Eevee had other plans (she decided to sleep on my computer).

This is roughly 5 years old, I found it again while digging through my bookcase. And I’m showing it to you all despite it making me cringe inside. I did this for myself originally, but wasn’t happy with it, so it was forgotten, buried, then dug up again. The words are lyrics from Dir en Grey’s “Child Prey” song, a band I was obsessed with when I was younger (go ahead, laugh it up).

If I were to ever get a thigh piece done (which I would like to) I’d have to start from scratch, I like the positioning, the flowers, but I’d replace the dagger with a bone, most likely a thigh bone.

FYI, if you’d like to get this inked onto you, please contact me for permission to use it first.

FELICIA

So everything with skulls, bones, and flowers like this I think I’m simply going to name with human names.
Just a human skull, with some greenery and hibiscus and plumeria flowers.

I suppose this would translate well as a tattoo design.
