Marilyn

Watched How to Marry a Millionaire again today, with my mum. I always loved the glasses Pola (Marilyn Monroe) wore in the movie. Oddly enough the bath robe? she wears is also one of my favourites.

Crimson Peak

I finaaally saw Crimson Peak, I feel like I’ve been dying to see it for hundreds of years (yes I know it just came out this past November).

Guillermo del Toro did another amazing job. He’s one of my all time favourite directors. My cousin was lucky enough to sell a set of drawers to him last year, I wish he’d gotten an autograph for me but whatever.

I’m going to go watch Crimson Peak over and over again until my DVD/Blu-ray version arrives in the mail.

Corpse Bride

Like a lot of people out there, I’m very fond of Tim Burton’s work. Mostly his stop animation films. Corpse Bride is one of my favourites right up next to Laika’s Paranorman. As it turns out, I can paint faces in watercolour. I just needed to be more patient.

Hopefully you enjoy my fan art!

Prints can be bought here: Corpse Bride.

Bride of Frankenstein

I love it when late night doodles turn out well.

Untitled-1

I’m not going to repeat the title, because I think it’s fairly obvious who this is. It’s also transparent!!

I also have prints (plus t-shirts, mugs, and phone cases) available in my shop here.

I kept the shading minimal, because I felt it just looked better like this and I’d like to turn her into some stickers.
